Her launch of the account – which is titled as “@Meghan” – marks exactly five years since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they would be stepping down as working members of the Royal family.
She looked stunning in the black and white profile picture which saw her candidly smiling at the camera.
She reportedly wore a maxi dress from Khaite, which is worth an incredible £780, as part of a designer ensemble that cost over £27,000.
The sold-out sophisticated design has sold out worldwide and features a cutout, criss-cross back.

However, this was shut down alongside her Instagram account just weeks before she and Prince Harry tied the knot in one of the most-watched and widely covered weddings in history.
The couple married in a stunning ceremony which was held at Windsor Castle and was watched by the late Queen Elizabeth.
When Meghan gave birth to Lillibet their youngest child, they sweetly decided to name her after Prince Harry’s grandmother and chose the nickname her family would call her in private.
